Finally tried Generals Multipastels for the first time, and I like them. I bought this packet over a year ago at Blick. I’m notorious for buying new things, and then never using it. I usually just grab my old favorite go-to art supplies when I paint.

Chew Chew and Har Bear

It’s nice to see them surrendering with bellies up like this because these two basically want to kill each other all day, errry day.
I spend all my time breaking up fights. :/ 
So, it means a lot that at the end of the day, they’re friends..sometimes.

103 left in the 365 day daily painting project. This week I’m feeling slightly more rested, and less burnt out. I milked this art journal page a bit by spreading it out over 3 days, and I don’t feel an ounce of guilt. Sure, I could have finished it all in one sitting, but I’ve learned that it’s quite okay to pace myself during this year long painting journey.
