After taking a long (for me) studio break, I’m anxious to get back to painting. The past couple weeks, I’ve been staining the floors outside my office, and the stairs. This week I wanna get back to work, already!! Soon. 

This area is no longer going to be used for shipping my paintings. I moved that into my office. This is going to be my lounge/writing area, instead. I’m going to move my desk in front of the window, so I can sit and watch the birds in the trees outside while I write. The stuffed rocker is going to be moved out here, so I can read, and rock the cats. Aw, right? Can’t wait until it’s completed. I still need to polyurthane it three coats to seal it..ugh. Not looking forward to all the work ahead of me still.
