Rise and Grind: Outperform, Outwork, and Outhustle Your Way to a More Successful and Rewarding Life
I started reading Rise and Grind by Daymond John the other night with Miss Maudie. As you can see, she’s waiting eagerly waiting for me to get to the next chapter. She has that Now? Mom? Now??!! look on her face. haha! I can’t say I blame her.
This book is full of inspiring, motivational stories. I don’t want to give away any spoilers, but the first chapter completely hooked me. I ended up reading until the wee hours of the morning. It was hard to put the book down.
I know it’s cliche to say, but I feel as if the book has changed my life. I started to feel more energized, and completely limitless, the more I read. The book definitely has a “if they can do it, I can do it, too” message behind it, which I found so encouraging.
While I love Shark Tank, and watch it all the time, this is my first time reading one of Daymond’s books. I honestly didn’t know much about him before I started reading. The book has spoken to me so loudly, I’ve already been on Amazon to check out what else he’s written. I’ll be purchasing one soon.
Let me know in the comments if you’ve read Rise and Grind yet, and what you thought of it. If you haven’t read it yet, and you own your own business, I highly recommend it.
