Sauté onions, peppers,
tomatoes, black olives
and whatever else you think will taste good.
Then add the “noodles”.
Cook in wok or skillet until tender.
Top with tomato sauce.
IMHO,
homemade sauce is THE best,
especially if it’s been simmering all day on the stove.
Top it off with Tillamook’s farmstyle cut
hormone free mozzarella cheese.
Grab a plate or bowl,
pour yourself a glass of wine, and enjoy!
