I started this oil series of beautiful famous women last year, but have been stalled out a bit. I keep trying to find my initial inspiration I once had for this series, but I’ve been more into painting abstracts, and outsider type art lately. Both are so freeing, expressive, and fun to create. These oil portraits demand discipline and rule following from me, and I just haven’t been able to muster it up. I just want to play, Mommy. lol 

I need to get these paintings finished, tho. They’ve been sitting on my drying shelf for far too long, and they taunt me every day I work on something else. Hey! HEY!! Remember us?? lol
