If you change the way you look at things, the things you look at change.
Wayne Dyer, who will be sadly missed.
I took a little break from my contract work yesterday, and painted some birds, instead. haha Not much of a break, I know, because I was still painting. I was feeling a lot of anxiety, tho, and started second guessing myself over the contract work, so I needed a break. “Is this any good? Will it be good enough? Will they like it? Am I going to get this done in time? Should I do this one over again? Should I do them all over again??? I don’t like this..I don’t like that”..on and on was running through my mind. I think the stress of the upcoming deadline got to me for a second. Sometimes it helps to mix it up a bit, and today I’m ready to get back to work on it. I have changed the way I looked at things. 🙂 Thank you, Wayne for the reminder. I’m actually doing well, and will make the deadline for sure. No worries, so I need to stop stressing out, and get it done.
September is the month that I’m going to get a lot accomplished. Yes!! I’m on fire!! Junco, robin, rose finch, and a bigger robin. I’m not sure if the rose finch is finished..I might work on it a bit more today, but the rest will be in my shop soon. I’ve been itching to paint more robins since I put this one on layaway last week for a lady..

Here are my Would You Rather questions, so you can get to know me better during this 30 in 30 challenge..
1. Would you rather be able to stop time at will or age at half the normal human rate?
I wouldn’t mind aging slower. Stopping time just doesn’t seem fair to those around me for some reason.
2. Would you rather live in a world where there are no problems or live in a world where you rule?
I think a world without problems would be a problem in itself, but I wouldn’t want to rule, so I’ll take it.
3. Would you rather be the star player on a losing basketball team or ride the bench on a winning one?
You win some, you lose some. I’d rather be the star player, even if the team was losing.
