daily painting: 365 day art project
Day 101
*****
Hello, hello. It’s been a long time, hasn’t it? After posting every day for 100 days straight, having a 2 day break (almost) seemed like an eternity. When I posted my last blog, I remember looking at the clock, and time seemed to tick by very slowly. I drummed my fingers on my desk, and wondered what I would do with myself now that I had extra time on my hands. Then, zoom, just like that, here it is Saturday, and I thought to myself I think I want to blog on Saturdays, so here I am blogging again. Funny how that happens.

Luckily, I did find something to do with myself between my last post, and this one. I’ve been yucking it up with friends on FB. Forgive me, I’ve had my nose to the grindstone, and I had forgotten how fun FB can be. Now that the FB bug has bitten me once again, I can’t stay off the site. Every time I stop to take a break from painting, I’m popping onto FB to see what everyone is up to. It’s quite addicting. If you’re reading this, and we’re not friends on FB, we should be. I have a feeling I’ll be hanging out there a lot over the winter.

I also had time yesterday to clean my shipping room FINALLY, which is the hallway/landing between my office/studio and my husband’s office. I’ve been stacking all my new paintings out there on my other desk for probably about a year now. What a mess! I had 100+ paintings to put away, which took most of the day.
I’ve come to the conclusion that I have waay too many paintings in storage, and I’m running out of space. I’m going to be having a HUGE sale soon to make room. I’ve already started to slash prices in my Miz Katie and Katie Jeanne shops, but there will be more..lots more going on sale. I’m telling you this so you check back often because I’m talking dirt cheap prices, kinda like these auctions we have going on eBay..
These mini paintings would make great stocking stuffers,
and the prices can’t be beat.
The regular price of these are $35 to $40.
Get them while you can.
You can see these, plus more here.
