Day No 245
249 days down, 116 more to go. Whew! I’m starting to feel the burn. It’s not the daily painting that’s wearing me out. It’s the writing/blogging/documenting/keeping track of each day that I find so exhausting.

Day No 246
No surprise there. I knew this was going to happen, which is why I was careful to make the 365 day project about art, and not about blogging. I actually can let myself off the hook as far as blogging is concerned whenever I want to, and I want to now.

Day No 247
So, for the month of April, and/or however long it takes, I’m giving myself a break. I’ll still be painting every day, but instead of forcing myself to write blog posts, I’ll be turning this blog into a photoblog. I’ll loosely use the theme “A day in the life of an artist” as a guide, but there might be more personal stuff thrown in, also. Life isn’t about work 100% of the time, why should my blog be?

New!
Coming in April..
You with me? Great! I’m looking forward to getting creative with my camera again. I’m actually super close to purchasing a new Canon camera, so the timing couldn’t be better for me to get back into photography. It’s been a long while, and I’ve missed it.
I’ll see you back here soon.
