Is it okay to copy someone else’s artwork?

I’m not going to open up this can of worms. Nope. Not going to do it. Not gonna talk about how many times this has happened to me, also. I’m in a good mood right now, and I don’t want that to change..and it will, fast, if I talk about this subject.
