This was me yesterday. I didn’t have energy to do anything. The last time I looked at my phone it said it was 109F. I didn’t dare look again later. I probably would have cried if I’d seen the heat index with a temperature like that. lol It was blazing, tis all I know. 

As luck would have it, our central air went out Friday night. It runs, but all she’s blowing is warm air. We’re patiently waiting for Monday morning to roll around to call a repair person. If you call on the weekend, and are lucky enough to find anyone around to answer the phone, you usually get charged an extra $100. So we sweat. And wait. 

I have resorted to jumping in the shower with all my clothes on, and then I go sit on the back porch, in front of the fan, and drip all over the floor. Hey, whatever works, eh? 😀
