Marilyn Monroe
oil portrait painting
This week is getting away from me, it seems. I’ve been too busy to blog, but I want to quickly follow up on the Marilyn Monroe portrait painting – I switched over to oils. I couldn’t help myself. It’s so much easier to paint skin tones in oils..for me, anyway.
I’m not going to spend too much more time on this one. I could fuss with the curls and the color of her hair forever, but I’m going to let it dry, and hopefully list it soon. I’ll let you know in a week or two. If you want first dibs on it, please contact me.
Hope you’re having a happy, peaceful Wednesday, and week so far. I’m working on stuff behind the scenes that I can’t blog about. I might not get time to post more until next week. xo
