I wish I got to see snow this year because I find it so magical to stand inside all toasty and warm, watching it fall out of the sky. Unfortunately, that never happened. We got some ice once or twice, and that’s it. Not much of a winter, but there’s always hope for next year.

I’ve had a busy week in the studio. I painted three of these girls using the same reference photo. I’ll be showing you all of them soon. 

Remember when I said our blind kitty, Sweet Pea, likes to walk across the back of our dining room chairs? 
My husband reads my blog, and sent me this photo.
I’m always too busy biting my nails to think of picking up a camera.
🙂 She knows how to push my buttons. 
Is it any wonder her full legal name is Sweet Pea Dare Devil Snuggle Pants Wood? 
There’s no stopping this brave girl.
