Today, I’m welcoming my muse back to where she belongs. She and I had a long talk last night, as I painted for 7 hours straight without taking a break. It sure was nice to hear her whispering in my ear again, and know she didn’t leave me for good this time. haha!

I wouldn’t blame my muse if she gave up on me forever because I’ve been quite cranky when it comes to being creative lately. I told her several times over the summer to get lost because I was too busy, too hot, too tired, and had better things to do. I’m glad she didn’t take me seriously, and has come back to hang out with me once again. Hey, girl! How you been? I’ve missed you. 

An increase in painting sales has also helped immensely to bring my focus back to art. Summer has been quiet, as it usually is for a lot of artists. Too quiet, so a big thank you to my recent collectors! I appreciate all of you. 🥰 You’ve given me incentive to get back to my nightly painting routine. 🎨 🖌️ 🖼️
