This has been a rough week because I’m still not feeling well. I’m having an autoimmune flare up, which is absolutely wreaking havoc on my body. :/ I felt it start a few weeks ago when I had to do yard work all day. It progressively has gotten worse since then. I’m highly allergic to weeds, grass, and trees.

It’s not fun when your body gets confused and starts attacking itself. I’m doing the best I can, but truthfully, I’m a mess. I’m in a lot of pain, and feel like I have the flu on top of that.

I’m trying to focus on self care: napping, resting, sipping slippery elm and marshmallow root tea for my belly pain. I’m also taking ashwagandha at night to help with the anxiety, and insomnia that comes along with an attack.

I hope next week is easier.
