I think she hit a bump, and took a right hand turn going down the hill. She looks a little worried, but I’m sure she made it to the bottom just fine.

This lady looks British to me, hence the title. She appears a bit hurried – like she’s about to have someone over for tea, and she’s dashing off to get the biscuits, and a teaspoon for her sugar bowl before they arrive.
