Dandelions, like all things in nature are beautiful when you take the time to pay attention to them.
COPING
When I was a boy and I would see scary things in the news, my mother would say to me, “Look for the helpers. You will always find people who are helping.”

I hope you’re all hanging in there, and staying healthy. It’s been one heck of a long week, hasn’t it? I wake up every morning super happy, but then I’m quickly jolted back into reality, and ugh..it immediately throws me into worry mode. I then have to scurry to correct my thinking with intense meditation, so my mind doesn’t take over, and ruin my day.

It’s been a difficult process..ain’t gonna lie, but meditation helps so much to calm the mind, and body. I’ve been hooked on it ever since I was about 19 or 20 years old, and bought my first books about Taoism, and Zen. The older I get, the more meaningful meditation is to me, and it’s something I must do several times a day to remain grounded.
