This was an old abstract painting I had lying around that I turned into a portrait painting. This is what it used to look like..
I think I painted it back in 2009ish?
The title used to be Bullseye.
This was also an old abstract painting. It was actually a landscape that I did around the same time as the one above. I did quite a large series of abstracts on paper using mostly pink, brown and white. It’s never too late to put finishing touches on a painting or change it completely. Wasn’t it Leonardo da Vinci who said that a painting is never finished, only abandoned?

“Dumbness.”
“Stupidity”

What a sweet man.
