Woo..made it to the two week point. Only 50 more to go!! I’m starting to settle in for the long run now. Good thing, eh? lol I think reality is starting to hit me because I’m beginning to wonder how I’m going to keep this project fresh for an entire year. 

I think the way to do it is to break it up into either weekly (if it’s a difficult or time consuming task) or monthly chunks, so it doesn’t get too overwhelming or boring.

This month is all about painting 5×7 acrylic mixed media portraits, and blogging every day thru the 24th. Then it will be time to mix it up a bit until the 25th of September. I never planned on keeping up this fast blogging pace for an entire year, just so you know. I thought it would be a great way to start this off, but being so blah blah blah depletes, and exhausts me after a short time. 2 to 5 posts a week is more my style. Besides, I’ve already completed a daily blogging challenge twice now. Not interested in having another go around, atm. I will post everything I create here, just not daily. If you want daily updates you’ll have to follow me on IG, Twitter, or Flickr. 

I’ve come up with quite a few ideas for upcoming weeks/months to keep it fresh, and moving along. I’ll write more about that later. I’m always open to any suggestions, so leave a comment below, or shoot me an email. Remember, I have to create something new each day on top of whatever you suggest, so please don’t be too hard on me. lol
