It’s going to be around 80F here today, and for a couple days after that. Despite what I wrote in my art journal last week, I gotta get outta the house, even if all I do is mow the grass. Never thought I’d ever look forward to doing yard work, but when I cut the grass last week, I was in a much lighter mood afterwards. It felt good to accomplish something while getting some fresh air and exercise. 

Since there are lots of dandelions growing on my lawn, 
it reminded me of this painting, and now it’s on

If you need something to calm and soothe your frazzled nerves while you’re self-isolating, check out Maru and Hana. I’ve been watching these felines for many years now, and they’ve given me so many laughs. My favorites are Maru trying to fit into boxes, and sledding in the winter. Soooo cute!!
