Just before Covid hit I wrote about opening a shop at Goimagine. I signed up, and got approved right away, but haven’t set up a shop there yet. The problem being, the only means of payment they have is Stripe. I already have Paypal, and Apple Pay. I don’t have or want a Stripe account, so that put a kibosh to opening a shop there.

Not offering Paypal, the oldest way of paying online, has got to be reducing the amount of sales they’re getting overall. It isn’t a smart move, imo. Not only can I not set up a shop there, but I also can’t shop there.

They might have incorporated Paypal by now, I don’t know. I’m no longer following what the company does. I waited so long, I lost interest. I wish them well, and love the concept of giving all the fees to charity, of course. It’s just not in the cards for me at this time. I had to take matters into my own hands, and move on.

Watching: Dead to Me Season 2. Only have 3 more episodes to go. 

Listening while I paint: Dungeons & Dragons: Big Trouble audiobook – this was kinda fun. You get to pick what happens as the story unfolds. It took me several tries to get to the happy ending. I got it from my local library through the CloudLibrary app. 

An Uncertain Choice Audiobook by Jody Hedlund – also from the CloudLibrary app

This isn’t a book I’d ever take the time to read, but I figure I’d try listening to it. It’s free, and I get a little bored painting sometimes. We’ll see.
