The dog is barking so loudly next door, I can’t hear myself think. So, I turned on my space heater to drown him out. It’s a gorgeous day outside today, sunny, warm. I’d like to open a window, but I value my sanity. I dream of a day when people stop neglecting their animals, and pay attention to their needs. Obviously, the dog needs something. Maybe it wants to be inside? Maybe it wants someone to pet it? Maybe it’s bored, and would like to play. I don’t blame the dog. I blame the people who sit inside, and ignore their pet. They just don’t care. It’s rude to the rest of the neighbors who have to put up with the noise. It’s not called “disturbing the PEACE” for nothing. ugh. Hello, city hall? I have a complaint.
