Just as I wrote that we’re able to open windows at night, summer came rebounding back, full force. The heat index was 90F at 10pm last night. It felt like a stepping into a sauna. What the?? There won’t be any turning the ac off for a couple days, but I do see a whole string of 70s in the upcoming days. Can’t wait!! 

Thanks to Ozark, I woke up with Bob Seger’s song Still the Same playing in my dream. The needle didn’t abruptly screech across the album to a stop once my eyes were open. Oh, no. The song stuck with me all morning. There’s only one way to get rid of an earworm..play all of Bob’s greatest hits, of course.

It’s great music for painting..painting and singing, even if the singing is ugly and off key because you’re tone deaf. Oh, yes! Perfect! “Niiiiiiight moooOOoooOOooVVessssssss” Betcha glad you don’t live near me, eh? 😀
