I switch to oil paints in the summer. 
These aren’t heat index numbers.
I just heard it’s going to be at least 110F on Tuesday. 

Watching: The Mind Explained – It’s an interested documentary. I watched 3 episodes of this so far. 

Reading: Are You Having Sleep Problems During the Pandemic? 5 Likely Reasons 

I’m having every one of the sleep issues they mention, just depends on the night. I’ve started to nap during the day whenever I get tired, and that seems to help. 

Artist I’m admiring: Anca Gray I followed her work for years, but then she stopped blogging. I’m happy I was able to find her again. Her work has always resonated with me, especially this piece.
