It was snowing earlier today, and I was sooo excited. Now, it’s pouring rain, which is great, too. I love a good stormy day, doesn’t matter if it’s rain or snow. Sunny days are so boring to me. I know..I’m weird, but I’ve been this way since I was little. I get excited every time the weather turns dark..(not tornado dark, of course. That’s too scary) I loved wearing my raincoat and boots. Still do!!

 

 

 

 

She’s on her way to her new home in Maine. 🙂 Some paintings are hard to let go, knowing I’ll never see them again. This is one of them. I painted her after my cat Emma died on Mother’s Day. This painting will always remind me of Emma. At least I’ll always have the photo, tho, right?
